Processing time. Please allow 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed before it ships. Holiday, special release and sale orders may take 1–3 extra business days. Weather delays may add 1 business day. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

US shipping (contiguous US and APO/FPO)

• Orders of $100 or more (after discounts): free standard shipping
• Orders under $100: $10 for orders up to 1 lb, or $12 for orders over 1 lb. Orders of $20 or less may qualify for $5 Economy shipping.
• The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Alaska, Hawaii & US territories
Includes Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands.

• $15 for orders up to 1 lb
• $25 for orders over 1 lb
• Free shipping does not apply to these areas.

International shipping
Rates are calculated at checkout by carrier (USPS, UPS or DHL Express). Duties, taxes and customs fees are the customer's responsibility unless shown as prepaid at checkout. Delivery times vary by country and customs processing.

Lost or delayed packages
Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please wait 48 hours, then email us.
